Wednesday Easter Dessert Leftovers Pancakes

1 egg
1 whisk full of starter
1 bagel’s worth of cream cheese
1 leftover cup of lemon curd

Whisk together.

1 scant scoop of all purpose flour
1 half scoop of spelt flour
1 pinch of salt
1 splash of water to get the consistency right

Whisk together. Scoop and cook. I did silver dollars and ate them with pineapple and whipped cream.

Robin Hood Flour Official Sherwood Pancake recipe

1 ¼ cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
¾ tsp salt

1 egg
1 ¼ cup milk
1 cup Sherwood
3 tbsp oil

Combine in mixing bowl, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir well to blend. Beat egg, milk, Sherwood, and oil together in small bowl. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients all at once, beating until smooth. Pour batter by ¼ cupfuls onto preheated, lightly greased griddle. Bake until puffy and bubbles break on surface. Turn and bake other side. Serve hot with butter and maple syrup. Makes about 12 pancakes.
